While Clare, a trained cook, manages the kitchen team, delivering consistently high-quality food (many straight from family recipe books), Brad manages the front-of-house team, delivering exceptional service to surpass customers' expectations.
 
With an Australia Post outlet instore, an evergrowing Wine Store, a selection of gifts and books, a hugely popular take-home meal fridge and a plentiful display of signature Mt Macedon Kitchen biscuits and preserves (all made on-site!)-  the Trading Post is a hive of activity year-round!
